Following its resounding success in 2022, the "Best of French VR" showcase is back to enthrall audiences once again at the 15th International Festival of Animated Films "TOFUZI" in Batumi, Georgia.
This year's edition, set to take place from November 14 and 15, will build upon the achievements of the previous year, featuring an impressive lineup of Virtual Reality (VR) and Extended Reality (XR) projects from France.

To champion this innovative blend of culture and technology, the French Institute of Georgia, in collaboration with the Film XR Company and Animation Development Fund, are once again organizing the "Batumi VR Days: Best of French VR" showcase within the 15th International Festival of Animated Films "TOFUZI."
This year's event promises even more immersive experiences and opportunities to explore the cutting-edge world of XR.

The VR program is presented by the French Institute of Georgia as part of the "Selection VR" and "Novembre Numerique" initiative, with support from the French Institute of Paris, further emphasizing the strong international French-Georgian collaboration behind this cutting-edge event.
"TOFUZI" International Animated Film Festival is organized by
N.(N).L.E. Personage. All three organizations have equal rights, can act and perform as the festival owners.
The Festival consist of 2 main parts:
"TOFUZI" International Animated Film Festival which will be held in Batumi.
The Regional Festival "TOFUZI" will be held in about 20 regions of Georgia during the whole year after the International Festival of Animated Films "TOFUZI".

The Dawn of Art, a journey through the Chauvet Cave will take you on the path to our ancestors and to mankind's first masterpiece ever: the monumental frescoes that have decorated the walls of the Chauvet cave for over 36 000 years. This VR experience told by the voices of Cécile de France (French version) and Daisy Ridley (English version) including both an interactive film and a virtual visit of the cave.

Every night Mormitten travels inside an old couch to find the lost treasures of Yulia and Gosha, the two siblings who created him. Journey into his magical world and follow the story written by the creator's father over 30 years ago.
